How BridgeBrain pricing works
We earn when you earn — and your rate drops as you scale.
Every plan includes licensing on the BridgeBrain rail. A platform fee applies to revenue your licenses generate through BridgeBrain, and each plan lowers that rate. The subscription buys capacity; the fee schedule rewards commitment.
Example: at roughly $5,000/month in licensing revenue, OE Pro pays for itself through fee savings alone. At $10,000/month, OE Production returns $400/month in savings before you touch a single feature. The plans aren’t a cost line — they’re margin recovery.

Before you pick a plan
Does the platform fee apply on paid plans?
Yes — the fee applies to revenue your licenses generate through BridgeBrain on every plan, but each plan lowers the rate: 10% on Free, 8% on OE Pro, 6% on OE Production, and 4% on OE Company. Enterprise agreements negotiate a custom rate. Revenue you earn outside the BridgeBrain rail is never touched.
Do unused Pro Training credits roll over?
Yes. Unused monthly credits roll over for 90 days, so a slow month doesn’t waste your allowance. Additional credits beyond your allowance bill at your plan’s member rate — $29 on Pro and Production, $19 on Company.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a named login with access to your workspace. You can reassign seats as your team changes — moving a seat from a departing collaborator to a new one takes effect immediately and costs nothing. Extra seats are $19/month on any paid plan.
What does “unlimited” cover on OE Company?
Unlimited projects, registrations, and Outreach conversations cover work your company owns, controls, employs people on, or is formally contracted to deliver. It doesn’t cover reselling access, running client accounts as a service bureau, or seat farming. If your business is operating BridgeBrain on behalf of many third parties, an Enterprise agreement is the right structure — and we’d genuinely like to talk.
Is LegalOps legal advice? Is the PPM export a legal document?
No. LegalOps provides readiness workflows, vault features, and document preparation that organize your project for counsel — it does not replace an attorney. The Capital PPM export produces a structured draft for your legal team to review and finalize. Attorney review and custom drafting are separate engagements.
Can I change plans or billing later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Annual billing gives you two months free, and switching between monthly and annual happens at renewal. Your projects, licenses, and history stay intact through every change.
